Photosmart C7280 stopped printing on check stock Windows 7

I'm using QuickBooks 2014....Printer quit printing on pre-printed check stock.  The blank check stock is spit out and the check prints on plain paper.....I even tried to "copy" the printed information onto the check stock and the check stock just spit out without printing.

I've been on the phone with Intuit Support for 3 days trying to resolve this. 

Please HELP !!!!
