Back page, when 2-sided printing, is always truncated at the bottom.

I'm trying to print my Tax forms using 2013 Turbotax Deluxe on my MacBook Pro OS10.8.5.  My printer is HP Photosmart 6515 CQ761A.  The pages being printed are produced directly by Turbotax and are not available after printing as .PDF files.  

I find that if I print the forms 2-sided, the front and back pages are chopped off at the bottom.  If I reduce the image to a percentage of full, 90% fixes the issue on the front of the page, but the problem persists on the back of the page, still chopped off by about 1/4 to 1/2"

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?  Do I need a driver update or somethin?
