I am working in Education organisation and we have around 50 hp laserjet enterprise series . some of printers are used for students use in our print centers while we controlling the print jobs with third party application which it count the print job all around the organisation ..
My request is .. I need to let the opreator to print the Usage Print Report of each print without making the report counted on the machine counter ... is there a way to not letting the report counted on the machine counter
