M175nw three color dots groups in all pages

Hi today I installed a new HP LaserJet M175nw, all was fine until one user watch a line of four dots black,cyan, magenta and yellow one color after another. the line is vertical. this group of dots appear three times in the page.

I did al the suggestions in the hp support. Please your help or I need to carry the printer the the seller.
