I am trying to print a name and number on a certificate - like a diploma. Form is 8 x 6. Simple MS word document prints fine on 8 1/2 x 11. On the green certificate paper it doesn't print the characters, only top part and not on correct line. Paper was created using color copier but works fine on old Compaq IJ900 printer. No parallel port or drivers on new laptop. Am trying to use HP 6110. I assume it is "looking" at the paper.
