We bought 2 x HP Photosmart 7520 all in one printers.
The first one I pulled out of the box, proceeded through the set up & couldn't get it to find the wireless connection. I gave up after about an hour & gave the other printer a go.
Pulled it out & set it up to wireless connection first go. It actually found both wireless routers as these printers are going to two workers out side of the office to print out work jobs.
The first printer i have restored factory defaults, tried HP Print & Scan Dr, downloaded & installed software updates all to no avail. When I try to print off the network test page it pulls the paper in then doesn't print anything. you can't cancel, turn off the printer or anything. I am beginning to think I have a dud. We have had these printers for less that 24hrs..
PLEASE HELP!
