I posted on the forum only last week in order to resolve the issue that the "scan to computer" function was not visible after installing the software of my HP Officejet pro 8600.
The solution whereby I uninstalled the HP software, reset the printing system, then verified/repaired perimission errors and then ire-nstalling the HP software was successfull.....
Unfortunately, becuase of a power cut the printer switched off and when I switched the power back on...the scan to computer was AGAIN not visible.
I then repeated the previous process (second paragraph above)...but this time it was not successfull...
i would appreciate some help...to resolve the problem...
