Hi,
I had uptdated my windows 8.0 to windows 8.1 (HP All in one Pavilion 23 I3 2nd generation), so when I tried to print I had to reinstall the HP PSC1610 All-in-One driver, and it worked. But the the HP Solution Center icon hasn't been installed. So looked for the hpqdirec.exe file and It was the old one, that no longer works (it asks to update the driver). What is the new name of the exe file? Or, has the Solution Center failed to be installed? It gave no failure message! So what do I do to access the scanner with my HP desktop all-in-one?
It should be easy because it's an HP computer and a HP printer!!
