I have an HP Photosmart D7640 printer. I had a printer jam, opened the door on the back, reached in and pulled out the jammed paper which I have done numerous times in the past, and hit the OK button. My next print job had a 3/4" margin at the top of the page and a 1/4" margin at the bottom. In addition, the top, right hand cormer of each page is crumpled. It would appear that one of the rubber rollers that pulls the paper into the printer now pulls harder (or less hard,) on one side that the other, thus causing the paper to no longer enter straight into the printer. I tried to realign the printer heads but that did not solve the problem. What can I do myself to correct the problem?
