i have a 3210 all in one printer. every time i go to print, i receive an error stating that the ink system has failed, and it's unable to print, scan, or copy. this all followed by the code OXC18a0206. i have tried all the things the hp web site said to do...unplug usb, take out cartridges, unplug power, etc. numerous times. all to no avail. does anyone have a solution? i just bought new ink and hate to trash this computer. thanks! :smileyhappy:
