My wife bought a Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515. She bought replacement ink cartridges compatible with that model but it turns out there are different cartridge models. The 662's she bought are supposed to be compatible with the 2515, but it turns out that only a 678 is compatible with her printer. How could she as an ordinary user be expected to know that a '2515 compatible 662' cartridge would not be compatible with her printer?
