hp laserjet cp1215 printinga full black page only when attempting to print photos.

I have an HP Color Laser Jet CP1215.  Until recently it has worked fine.  But now when attempting to print pictures, all we get is a full page of black ink.  no photo showing at all.  When i print test pages, webpages and emails with color, it prints with no problems.  I have tried all the troubleshooting and checked all the setting with no change.  not sure what the problem is.
