I have a new HP Photosmart 6520 all-in-one printer and use Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bits). The printer is plugged in with a USB connection - not used wirelessly. I can print from Word but not from the internet. All printing jobs, from the internet, go into the printer job queue accessed by clicking on the Printer icon on my desktop but NOT in the printer box accessed from START/ Printers & Devices. When I click on 'Print' an error message appears "unable to communicate with printer because printer is unavailable or not connected. Check cables or wireless connection to make sure printer is powered and ready"
I use TalkTalk as my Broadband provider
