Using a C410A all in one printer with OS 10.9.
Receiving a Ink System Failure after following suggestions for cleaning the printhead in a hot bath. This followed only barely readable black printing since yesterday. Prior to that everything was working fine. I have cleaned printhead with the Toolbar and the black ink is missing from test results, while color is present. Have also received Aignment Failure consistently for the last few days.
Any suggestions? Do I purchase a new printhead or just look for a non-HP printer?
