Hi,
I have problems installing my Photosmart 4580 on my Windows 7 64-bit PC. Nothing happens when I try to install from the CD. I have also downloaded the full installation files:

as well as the basic installation files:

When starting the full installation, files are extracted and then, nothing happens. It is possible to start the basic installation, but it is unfortunately wrong installation files uploaded, so even though the website says it is the correct installation file for my printer and OS, it is actually an installation file for another printer (b-series or something).
I have also tried the installation wizard, which identifies my printer using the USB-cable. The wizard recommend a full installation and it is possible to start a download. However, when the download is complete, nothing happens for a great while, and then the identification process starts over in a infinite loop.
