I just downloaded ("successfully") the c3180 printer driver for Windows 7 (32 bit). Whether I try to print or copy, the printer rollers move, but the paper is not fed into the printer and the "check paper" light blinks. No paper is stuck in the printer. I have rather old color and b/w cartridges that may be bad, but the "check print cartridge" light doesn't come on. Neither does the indicator come on that suggests the cartridges need to be aligned or the color adjusted.
Also, I just want to use the printer for b/w letters. Do both the color and b/w cartridges need to be replaced, or can I just leave the old color cartridge in the printer, and just replace the b/w one?
