I recently purchased Envy 4502 and I've had problems. First it wouldn't print all my E-mail message. So I reinstalled it and now it won't scan to my computer (HP2011x). I'm not interested in the wireless hookups...all I want is to copy and scan to my computer & upload photos to E-mail or facebook like my old printer did. Can you help. Maybe I installed it wrong.
