I have an HP 1102w. I can no loner print mailing labels in word. I've read that it could be because the status messages are turned off but when I go into preferences, it says they are turned on. When I try to turn them off and then back on, when I turn them off and hit apply, they automatically switch back on. I need to be able to print lables so any help will be appriciated. I'm using Windows 8.1, 64 bit. Thanks
