My printer stopped printing and accumulated items in the print queue. The printer would copy & print and other wise seemed to be working fine, but would not print from my computer (Windows 7, 64 bit). I uninstalled all HP programs/software and reinstalled from their website. Installation went okay but when it came time for the program to find my print, it could not. I waited as suggested in the "help" but no luck. I did restarts with and without the USB cable connected from printer to computer. I tried different USB ports. No luck. When disconnecting and re-connecting the USB cable, Windows makes the appropriate sounds to let me know about the connect/unconnect.
Can anyone suggest how to get my printer connected? USB is my only connection option. Wireless will not work in my house.
