We have a windows vista PC and trying to connect the HP 1350v. The printer driver that was automaticallyt dowmloaded was the psc 1310 series. All of the lights on the printer are flashing and a message comes up on the PC saying that we need to contact HP because the driver install was unsuccessful. I can also tgell you that this printer has been sitting around for a year or so, both ink cartridges are installed (we purchased a new color cartridge) and had to buy a new power supply (Amazon) which seems fine. We are using USB to connect to the PC. Please help!
