Printing black and white from wireless devices

I have a HP Deskjet 3510. My printer is hooked up wirelessly to my HP Laptop and iPads belonging to me and my mother. I've set the print preferences on my laptop to print grayscale and it works when I print from the laptop. But those settings don't apply to the Ipads. I've looked on the printer for a menu to set it, but I don't see one.  We don't really need to print color, and we normally are printing from our Ipads. 

Is there another place to set the printer preferences to print black and white (or grayscale) from the wireless devices?
