I've just bought the above printer and am having issues with the installation.
1. When aligning cartridges it asked for paper to be loaded, even though paper (photo paper) is in the tray.
2. When generally trying to print no paper is being picked up. At the moment I've tried A4 HP photo paper in the bottom tray and have also tried HP small photo paper in the photo paper tray.
It seems like it's trying to grab the paper but after two attempts the screen on the printer says load paper.
I've tried watching all videos etc on the HP and can't see what I'm doing wrong!! HELP!!!!
