when i give a color print to my 3600 printer, it is printing in black and white. I have the same problem in all my five printers i got.
some one suggested me to print supplies status to see if color toner is low, if it is low then the printer prints in black and white, unfortunately i am facing this problem with all original and genuine new cartridges WI 90 persent or more toner in all four toners.
Can any one suggest the possible solutions for this black and white printing problem. i heard the same problem from my friends who use the same 3600 color laserjet, earlier it never happened to me, this trouble started last six to nine months. when i reset the settings it prints in few color prints and goes back to black and white. it is strange to see this happens in all five printers i have and my friends who use the same printer also have the same trouble. please suggest me the possible solution , i will be grateful for any suggestion or guidance to clear this problem
