When printer is instructed to print one copy of a selected item it continues to print mutiple copies. Tapping the cancel print button halts the printing momentarily and the message "printing cancelled" appears on the screen. Almost immediately the message changes to "now printing" and copies start flowing out again. We have to turn the printer off to stop it.
