Printing preferences cannot be displayed.The local print spooler sevice is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine. restarted the printer it didn't work. had tech support try, they had to delete all the software and reinstall it. don't want to do that again.  ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Series Printer
