I have a new HP 2000 NOtebook PC that I'm trying to connect wireless to a DEll V305 Printer. I can see the printer has loaded but PC is not communicating to printer. When printer was purchased it's drivers and utilities support Windows 2000, XP and Vista. New laptop has Windows 8.1. Do I need to download drivers to support the printer or am I overlooking something. Printer works fine when files are sent from another laptop. I done the Advance Printer setup with no device found. Thoughts?
