HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a

I got a message when trying to print (in french) "d'éfaillance de l'imprimante"

I tryied to shut the printed off as asked, unpluged, repluged and open, with no success.

I also tryied another trick seen on a forum: removing the ink cartridges and re-inserting them one by one...no success.

I'm lost. I've only printed 400 copies with this printer, can't beleive is dead already!

Please help!
