hp 4700n

My HP 4700dn was working fine, but after El Capitan update it is now very slow. A 83 pages document with  5-6 pagesof photos and 5-6 pages of maps and graphics takes about 2 hours to be printed where in the older OS X it took about 3-4 minutes,

It seems that the pages with photos and graphics are the cause of the delay.

Is there any reason for this and a corresponding solution.
