So I've been trying to solve a issue here on the following model printers. The old HP laserjet 4000,4100, and 5000.
I have a lawyers office that they have a speical letter head and envelope they use.
Its that fabic weave type of paper and when they print the addresses on the evelope it smears off same with the letter
head since it is the same type of paper.
Ive tried 1 4000, 2 4100 and 2 5000 tried increaseing the fuser type for even all the types of paper on the printer. plus tried messing with differnet print settings with in the windows os itself.
With out any luck It is still smearing off the paper no matter what I try.
Any other idea's that might be worth a shot giving a try.
