Two issues: Suddenly only prints duplex and can no longer choose to print in grey scale.

Both of these issues happened at once.  Everything prints duplexed and the option to print in grey scale no longer appears in the drop down box.  Any suggestions on how to fix these two issues?  These issues happen in Word or Excel.  When printing from the internet, it is not an issue.
