I HAVE PURCHASED HP INKADVANTAGE-1515 PRINTER ON 04-11-13 AT HYDERABAD. I AM UNABLE TO TAKE THE PRINT WITH HP 6710b LAPTOP. IN MY LAPTOP- WINDOWS VISTA IS LOADED. I HAVE CONTACTED HP CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM THROUGH PHONE. MY FRIENDS ALSO TRIED TO GIVE THE PRINT FROM LAPTOP, BUT ALL ATTEMPTS WERE FAILED. HP CUSTOMER CARE IS REGISTERD THE CASE( 8069476255 AND 3000254703) TWO TIMES BUT THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED THE PRINTING PROBLEM, NOW MY PRINTER IS IDLE . PLEASE TAKE THE ACTION AT THE EARLIST AND SOLVE THE PRINTING PROBLEM BY ARRANGING HP TECHNICICIAN AT HOME IN HYDERABAD. I HOPE YOU WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM VERY PROMPTLY WITHOUT WASTING MUCH TIME IN TALKING IN THE PHONE. ALREADY HP TEAM HAS WASTED 20 DAYS OF MY PRECIOUS TIME.
