After reimaging windows 7 on dell1545 cannot install software for the Officejet 6500 e709n. Printer is on netork and works, scanner can be access from webpage, paint, windows fax & Scan and most third party software. I will not pay HP for support on software that required their intervention to implement when new since they have not disclosed a fix or reasons for the numerous online complaints about installations.
Has there been a fix, or is the software so poorly cobbled together that HP can't figure out what's wrong.
I have followed all the instructions from HP to no avail.
Is there a solution?
