Laserjet Pro P1102w not working
I recently poted a query about my printer not working due to having a new BT Home Hub 5. I was offered advice but I cannot find a way to solve the problem of a constantly blue flashing light and the printer being in an error state.
I need telephone advice (I'm too old for anything else) but, as the printer is out of warranty, this does not seem possible any more.
Can any one tell me how to contact the helpline ( a phone number please)or give me simple, straightforward advice that I might understand befor I go and buy a simpler printer with a function to allow me to put in a password?

Control Panel non-responsive
The printer is connected via an ethernet cable to my routher. My problem started after a successful firmware update. The printer usually works fine. The color control panel works as it should, The printer goes into sleep mode & I wake it up & it works fine. But sometiimes when I wake it up & hit the copy button, nothing happens. It does not go to the next screen -- number of copies. I shut off the printer & turn it back on & it works fine. When this even occurs, I cannot print to the printer. I have not been able to figure out what event occurs that triggers this behavior. It's not just the printer going to sleep. I have unplugged the printer for 10 minutes. I have not yet done a factory reset. What about down-grading the firmware? Thank you for any suggestions.

Printer won't "add" to laptop
I have a HP laptop and printer as specified above.
I want to add this printer to my laptop but when I click "add device" or "add printer" it can't find it even though it is connected through USB.
The USB doesn't come as a printer, the laptop recognises it as a CD DRIVE HP SMART INSTALL.
When I click on this, I accept the terms and conditions but then it comes up with an error message saying "An administrator has blocked you from using this app. Please contact the administrator," but I am the administrator.
When I right click and click "Run as administrator," this doesn't work either and it comes up with the same message.

The M525f has a mechanical pick sensor and the M525c uses an ultrasonic pick sensor. If you get this error on an M525c or any of the machines that use this ADF ultrasonic pick sensor, the RAM module is REQUIRED to operate the ultrasonic sensor.

Envelope feed problem on CM1415fnw
Does anyone know a way to fix the pick-up roller on an HP LaserJet 1415fnw MFP? It now will not pick up envelopes, although it easily picks up regular paper, and will pick up and print the envelope if I reach in and push the envelope a bit forward until it catches. I am using the same envelopes as always, all my HP software is up to date, and I've run all the diagnostic tests. It clearly is a roller problem, perhaps needing cleaning or replacement. On older HP MFP printers, you could order a fix, a simple kit that somehow cured pick-up problems. Suggestions appreciated.

HP Laserjet P1005 Not Printing on Windows 10
This printer was connected to my asus laptop (windows 10) and worked well for 6 months, for whatever reason now, while it recognizes the printer and upon connecting the usb it says that it is "online" it no longer prints any paper. I have reinstalled the disc and the same problem. And yes there is paper in the tray

Plugged my printer via USB directly into my new Asus laptop and it will not install. No dvd drive on laptop either. HP site shows "no" driver for LaserJet 1100 Series. This was my default printer on my old laptop with Windows 98. Help!

Colored bars across paper with M251nw
I am getting these colored bars across anything I print.
I have tried the troubleshooting available on the HP website as well as replacing the magenta cartridge which I thought might be the issue. Has anyone else had this issue/know the solution?

power management
My LaserJet Pro P1109W is apparently set from the factory, pursuant to some power exerted by the European Union, so that it keeps shutting itself off every so often. Because I use this printer as a wireless I am not sitting next to the printer all of the time and I never know if my printing will be done or if I have a dead printer. I find a four page notice to this effect in the box. It is a short notice because when they print it in 37 languages, they do not want to give any real information because it cost them too much paper. I am directed to the HP site to a section on power management for, aparently, a way to adjust the machine so it is useful instead of a valueless hunk of junk sitting on the table. Surprise! When I get to the site there is nothing about power management or my problem or anything useful that I can find. I guess most other people in this world are lots smarter than I am because surely HP would not direct me to a place that does not have anything on the subject to which I am being directed? Can anyone help me to find the information location or to explain to me what I must do to set my printer so it will only shut off when I want to shut it off. Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Color LaserJet Pro M452 takes 10 minutes to print 3 copies of the same page.
Using a Color LaserJet Pro M452 for 3 users. It started out (when we bought it one month ago) printing moderately fast. Now it receives the print job (1 - 3 pages at most), thinks about it and THEN prints. I just sent a one page spreadsheet with very little on it and wanted 3 copies. From the time it was sent till the time the 3rd page emerged from the printer, it was 10 minutes later. Any ideas???

Duplex printing on M477fdn
My M477fdn DUPLEX machine prints on both sides.
BUT
each page goes through the machine TWICE before coming out.
I have tried to see if I could do something adjusting settings directly on the printer and using computer software but haven't seen anything I can do.
Duplexer is enabled.
Got the latest firmware.
Have gone back to factory resetting to no avail.
Got to know.
Is this behaviour normal (hope not), is there something ELSE I can do, or is something wrong with my printer?
(there's more than one computer and operating system using this printer and printer behaves the same with all of us)

printer does NOT detect the hp cartridge installed? ?
This printer has served me well over the past 5 years. Never any problems. Recently I moved and packed the printer securely in a box. I did leave the cartridge in place as well. Now when I turn it on, it keeps giving me the message, print cartridge missing or not detected. Yet it is in the cartridge carrier as always.
I've researched and tried the various troubleshooting ideas, but keep coming up with the same error message. The one suggestion I don't see how to do is to check the vents on the cartridge. The page I got this from shows a different printer/cartridge, but says it still applies.
Aside from that step, I'm wondering a couple of things: could moving it with the cartridge installed have caused some recognition problem?
Also, I do not have the color cartridge installed, add it ran out of ink and I haven't needed to replace it. That said, I'm pretty sure I've used it fine with the one cartridge, but it is possible I left the empty color one in place. So DO BOTH cartridges need to be installed for it to work properly? Or can it be used with the one cartridge only? And if moving the printer with the cartridge installed, is their any sort of coverage for this cartridge?
Honestly I don't use the printer a lot at all, which perhaps is why it's lasted so long. But I am sure this is a new cartridge that I would have installed in April, and the move took place in mid May. It has not been used again since then. Network settings for HP1213
I am trying to configure my printer on network. All the network connections seems OK. Teh lights are blinking at teh back ofprinter. However when I go to netwrok settings on teh printer I am unable to see IP4 only IP6 option is available.
It seems this is teh reason I am unable to identify printeron my netwrok
