p1102w - custom size issue - output shift
Hi, since I've updated the printer's driver (yesterday), the custom size option has been acting weird. I'm mostly printing from Acrobat Pro but the problem is the same across softwares (ie. InDesign, Photoshop...). It does not seem to register the custom size (in my case half letter size (8.5"x5.5")) and go back to the default size which is letter size. Is there some sort of calibration I could try to perform? a test? Thank you.

Printer won't print
I did the wireless set up as instructed. Everything looked fine. But when I try to print a page, nothing happens.
It says there is a problem with the software and to reinstall it???? Again, no printing.
I'm stumped
Windows 7 pro 64 bit.

Printer's scanning light doesn't come on
Hi:
I'm trying to help a nonprofit with their multi-function printer. It is a donated M277dw that was working fine until a week or two ago. It still prints fine, but copying and scanning doesn't work. The scanner light does not come on, so the copy or scan comes out completely black. Any suggestions on trouble-shooting steps? I've been searching, but haven't found anything.

Windows computer will not install driver-product installation software
I have a Windows computer running Windows 10. I am trying to wirelessly connect my HP LaserJet p1102w Printer. I have used the link (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110394/model/4110306) to download the driver-product installation software. Once it downloads, I am able to open and run it. It will ask for my permission, I grant it, then a box pops up that says, "Extracting." Once it gets to 100%, the window closes. I am not sure what to do next. I found the software in my downloads folder, but when I click on it, the same thing happens. I cannot get past the downloading step and I want to connect my printer to my computer. I have the USB cable, but no installation CD.

Is there a self diagnostic test that I can run on my HP 2600n? My magenta cartridge is not right.
My magenta cartridge is not printing well. I replaced it with a new one. The printer has printed about 16,000 color pages. Is there a diagnostic I can run?

Steps to do Hard Reset in HP Laserjet Pro MFP M126nw Printer
Hi,
We have a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M12nw model printer in our office. It was working fine till last week, all of sudden the connectivity is gone and we receiving No WPS router found error and we unable to connect printer through WIFI. Can someone please help me to fix this error. Also, Please share the option to do hard reset for this model. I guess that will fix the issue.

new m281cdw adds extra blank page to scans from feeder
My new m281cdw adds an extra blank page to scans from feeder. If I scan 1 page it come out 2 pages with the 2nd one blank. If I scan 10 pages it comes out 11, last one still blank.

HP LJ 4555 Jamming from Accessory Tray
We sent a third party tech out to service a machine for one of my clients. It is a LJ 4555fskm. The machine was jamming out of trays 3, 4 and 5 but not every time. In a job of 50 pages it will jam twice, sometimes pulling an additional blank page underneath the first page. When putting paper in tray 2 it will print all day long without a single jam. Thinking it is probably something with the base accessory, we sent them another tray. The replacement tray did not have 3, 4 & 5 but just one additional 500 sheet feeder with a cabinet underneath. The tech got it in place and it did the same exact thing. It will jam two or three times on a 50 page test.
One page was crinkled near the output assembly which made me think it could be this but it is not jamming when printing CRM Tray 2 at all using the same paper path.
The fact that the issue was not resolved by a replacement tray makes me believe that something else is going on.
The problem is that I am in Dallas and the tech is in Indianapolis, so it’s hard for me to actually see what is going on. I have no doubt if the machine was in Dallas and we were able to see what the jams look like we would be able to resolve. However, the circumstances are such that every time I send the tech out it is around $160 with no results. The tech is clueless about where to go from here. Meanwhile, we just paid a bunch of money for an additional tray + shipping that we can’t bill the client for because it did not resolve the problem.
The replacement tray tray was refurbished so I considered that it could be defective, however, it is highly unlikely for both the old and the new to be having the identical problem.
Any direction would be much appreciated.
FYI, the printer has the latest firmware and new feed rollers.

Moved house - can't get inkjet to see new hub
I have a Laserjet Pro 100 Colour MFP M175.
I've moved house and can't get the printer to forget the name of the router at my old house and instead connect with my new BT one. I clicked the Wireless menu on the printer, then WPS setup and it said 'click the WPS button on the router', which I did. The printer then tries to find it but always times out after 2 minutes. But the hub is only feet away from it! How can I make my printer behave?
NB: I'm on the latest version of W10 and using an HP laptop. Under 'Bluetooth and other devices' Bluetooth is switched on but when I click '+' add other devices it only finds my TV! The printer is ten feet from me.

I just installed the new Mac OS 10.15 and discovered that HP doesn't support it yet. Do you have any idea where you can find a driver for the color CP1025MW printer you can use? Or, when will HP provide an updated driver? The printer worked perfectly with 10.14 and the last available driver.

Laser Let Pro MFP M130a Error 01
Hi guys,
Could you help me to resolve issue with 01 Error.
When I switch on the printer I don't see any of issues, however, after sending document to printer I have 01 Error.
What I have done
Changed tonel on new one.
Checked paper location - nothing wrong with this
Cleaned the printer on behind side.
Downloaded new drivers for the printer
What I can do yet?

Transparency printing not dark enough
I am trying to print a transparency to make a screen for printing on shirts. I am only printing in black ink, but the image is not printing dark enough, light still passes through. I have the printer set up to only use black ink when printing 'Neutral Grays.' I have tried setting the paper to both 'transparency' and 'plain' paper. No change. Anything else I can do?

HPoffice jet 5454 i am trying to send a fax over wifi/Fiber opti; rings & rings; does't connect;
I am trying to SEND a fax. I have set up the HP5252 Office Jet printer. I am able to type the phone number into the computer but it just rings and rings. We have wifi/fiber optics connect with no telephone cord. (phone over the internet) What can I do to make it connect/send.
This is to an office fax that isn't open on weekends. However, I feel sure that they don't turn off their fax.

Can’t print from MacBook to HP LaserJet M281
A few weeks ago I set up my LJ M281 and installed the driver software on my MacBook. It worked and let me even print through WiFi. Today I was trying to print a document but was unable to. I downloaded the software from the HP website and reinstalled the driver on my MacBook. I was able to print a test page but still in able to print any document from from my laptop. Why wasn’t there any problem when I installed it the first time? Can anyone help me?

Hi I have the Hp Laserjet pro MFP M479fdw And I Wonder if i can print images with sublimation paper. If not can i add sublimation Ink In the printer So it can be compatible or the laserjet ink is already compatible With sublimation paper? I really need a response because i have a buisness and i need to print Sublimation paper.
